REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage therapy helps you relax your body and mind.

For stress relief, muscle tension or to improve your posture, massage therapy can help. Our registered massage therapist will begin by asking what areas of your body are bothering you most. Then using a variety of techniques will administer an individual massage tailored to your unique needs. Below is a list of the different techniques offered:

Swedish Massage

30 minutes – $59

45 minutes – $75

60 minutes – $89

90 minutes – $119

Swedish massage consists a variety of massage therapy techniques including: effleurage, kneading, percussions and remedial exercises. The goal is to reducing the muscle toxins, increase the level of oxygen in the blood, improve circulation and flexibility while easing tension throughout the body.

Hot Stones

Hot stones enhance any massage by using warm basalt stones to radiate soothing heat through out your body. This allows for deep relaxation of both the muscles and the mind

60 minutes – $105

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage uses deep pressure to alleviate acute and chronic muscle tension. It focuses on the deepest layers of muscle, tendon and fascia to ease stress and muscle pain while improving circulation

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy is used in conjunction with deep tissue massage. It pinpoints a tight area with the muscle that refer pain to other parts of the body.

Thermal Palms*

Thermal palms are a great alternative to hot stones. They are soft hand held heat modalities that provide lasting heat through out your entire body. The silky texture of the thermal palms allows for massage to be done over boney areas and eases tension in the body.

Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy consists of the application of hot and/or cold using heating pad or cooling packs to help reduce inflammation increase circulation and decrease pain.
