Staying Current with the Latest in Nutrition Research

I hope that everyone is keeping well in this pandemic. At Physio IT we are excited to be welcoming clients back into the clinic and provide the much awaited health services.

I have used the time away from the clinic to stay on top of the latest nutrition news and research to enhance my practice. In early June, I attended the American Society for Nutrition’s 2020 annual conference, which was an excellent professional development opportunity. I attended sessions on the gut microbiome, chrononutrition, diets for Parkinson’s and more. For example, we now have good evidence linking sleep and fasting to maintaining a healthy body weight. I am eager to share with clients what I have learned.

I look forward to connecting with you folks soon. At the clinic, we have put in place measures to ensure your safety. One of many examples is that all therapists will wear masks and sanitize your clinic room prior to your appointment.
