Frequently Asked Questions
COVID-19 Policies & Proceedures
Physio IT is committed to the health and safety of our staff and community.
We have implemented some new policies to minimize the risks of exposure for everyone to COVID-19.
Our health and safety measures include:
o Sanitization of every workstation before and after clients.
o Checking temperatures of everyone who walks into the clinic.
o Closing our waiting room to reduce the amount of people in one area.
o Using proper PPE equipment as recommended by our regulatory colleges and screening of all staff prior to entering the clinic.
What to expect when booking an appointment at Physio IT
1. We will ask you pre-screening questions over the phone when you book your appointment.
2. We ask that you come alone to your appointments. If you need someone to drive you to your appointment we ask that they stay in the vehicle for the duration of your appointment or come back at the end of your appointment to pick you up.
3. Clients will wait in their vehicle until a health care practitioner calls them in for their appointment. If you do not have a vehicle please let us know in advance so we can accommodate a space for you to wait in the clinic.
4. Upon entering you will sanitize your hands, have your temperature taken and then head into your appointment.
5. We ask everyone to bring their own masks to be worn during your appointment
If you have any other questions in regards to our policies and procedures please call us to find out more information.
