Start asking yourself: What am I listening to, reading, watching. Are they aligned with the life I want to create?
2. Prioritize Physical Health
Taking care of your body is essential. Here are some ideas to incorporate into your daily routine:
- Move your body: At least 20 minutes each day. Whether it’s a walk, yoga, Pilates dancing or strength training, find something you love to do.
- Eat Mindfully: Be present with your meals. No need to feel bloated and overeat. Listen to that cue that you are full.
- Get Enough Sleep: Prioritize your sleep to rejuvenate your mind and body.
