Depending on your injury, it would be advised to bring a pair of shorts and/or a tank top so that your therapist can access your area of injury.

Yes, we do treat M.V.A. patients. Give us a call, and we will let you know what you will need to bring to your first appointment.

You do not need a doctors note to get any form of treatment at our clinic. You should however look into your private insurance plan and see if you require a doctor’s note to claim your insurance.

Please note: all doctors notes are valid for 1 year from the date issued on the note.

Yes, we direct bill with most large insurance companies. Make sure to call your provider to find out if your plan is eligible for billing.

Most basic insurance plans cover some form of splinting.

You should still however call your insurance provider to inquire whether your plan covers thermal plastic custom splints. You may require a doctors note for this.

Please note: we are unable to direct bill for splints and you will have to submit this to your insurance provider yourself.

Yes, we do treat children.

We suggest that the parent accompanies minors to at least their first appointment, so they are informed on the treatment plan for their child and treating-style of the therapist.

Yes, we do treat workplace injuries.

When you call to book an appointment, please have your Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) case number ready.

Yes, you are able to have physiotherapy and massage therapy on the same day.

Sometimes we encourage getting massage therapy after your physiotherapy treatment. Please consult your therapist prior to booking any appointments back-to-back.

Unfortunately most physiotherapy clinics are not covered by OHIP. There are OHIP clinics throughout Ontario. Please check the Ontario Ministry of Health to find the nearest clinic and to determine if you are eligible for OHIP covered care.

We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.

Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will subject you to a 50% charge of your scheduled appointment fee.

Insurance will not cover the cost of missed appointments.
