Avery is a dedicated and compassionate registered occupational therapist committed to empowering individuals to regain their independence and return to the activities that bring them joy. With a strong foundation in movement science and rehabilitation, Avery blends clinical expertise with a client-centered approach to create customized, evidence-based treatment plans that deliver real results.
Avery holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University. Her professional experience spans working with clients of all ages, with a particular focus on hand therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation. Whether recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions, Avery supports her clients every step of the way with care, creativity, and encouragement.
Outside of the clinic, Avery enjoys staying active through pickleball and yoga, and expresses her creativity through painting. Her warm and approachable nature helps her build strong therapeutic relationships and makes her a valued member of any healthcare team.
